Directions

From Route 13 South Bound (from Syracuse, Cortland or Dryden):

Entering Ithaca from the North on Route 13 (traveling south on Route 13), Route 13 becomes one way and is named Fulton Street as it passes Purity Ice Cream on the left. The sixth street on the left is State Street. Turn left onto State Street. Cross Meadow Street (actually Route 13 North) and continue down State Street. Albany Street is the third street on your right after you cross Meadow Street. We are located on the southwest corner of State and Albany (on your right before you go through the intersection).

From Route 13 North Bound (from Elmira, Spencer/Van Etten):

Route 13 is called Meadow Street and becomes one way at the traffic light at W. Clinton Street. Continue straight on and turn right at State Street, the third road on the right (second light after Clinton Street). Albany Street is the third street on the right. We are located on the southwest corner of State and Albany (on your right before you go through the intersection). Metered street parking is plentiful in the area.

Handicap Accessibility

There is a wheelchair ramp on the east side of the building. Any patients needing additional assistance should feel free to make special arrangements with the staff when making an appointment. If you cannot go up stairs, please be sure to let staff know when you schedule so we can arrange to have your practitioner work with you on the first floor.
