Katerina Naumenko , M.D., M.S., L.Ac is a graduate from Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at New York Chiropractic College (NYCC- FLSAOM). She is National Board Certified and New York State Certified in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
She received B.A. in biology and chemistry from Alfred University in 2004 followed by 3 years research experience as a technician at University of Rochester Medical Center in biophysics (2004-2007). She then studied Western Medicine at St. George’s University Medical School in Grenada, West Indies and did her clinical rotations at the Brooklyn Hospital Center and graduated in 2012 with a M.D. degree. She search into alternative healing modalities led to her studying various healing modalities including Reiki and Integrative Energy Therapy where she reached Master’s level. Interest in holistic and alternative to Western medicine comprehensive healing approach using herbs, massage, diet, and exercise, cupping and gua sha led her to study Oriental Medicine at NYCC- FLSAOM where she received M.S. in both Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine that includes herbal treatments.
Her specialties and interests include musculoskeletal complaints, stress and pain management, fertility, blood pressure management, and chronic illness.
